Returns Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You can return any of our products within 14 days of delivery for either a refund or store credit, depending on the issue. 

Please be aware if you wish to return a product, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Refund Eligibility

  • Item must be either defective or incorrect. 
  • Items bought on discount or with rewards are not eligible for a return unless defective or incorrect.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • If the item is incorrect or defective, re-shipping will be covered by us. 
  • Limit of 1 return per customer. 
  • Change of mind - As this item is a food product, we cannot issue a refund or return for a change of mind.
  • Item must be fully sealed.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Item

  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported to Our Contact Us Page within 24-48 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed. 
  • Please include a photo of the defected/damaged/incorrect item, along with your order # in the email. If not reported within the time frame, you may not receive a replacement.

Late or Missing Items

At Jaje Health, we understand that receiving your items in a timely manner is important. If your order is delayed or missing, please review our policy below.

Late Deliveries

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date provided in your shipping confirmation, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the tracking information: Review the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor your package’s status.
  2. Allow additional time: Shipping delays can occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier issues. Please allow an extra 5 business days for delivery.

Contact us: If your package still hasn’t arrived after the additional time, contact our customer support team at Our Contact Us Page with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the delay and provide a resolution.

Missing Items

If your order arrives but is missing one or more items:

  1. Check the packaging: Some items may be shipped separately. Review your shipping confirmation email for details, as multiple packages may be involved.
  2. Contact us: If the missing item was supposed to be included in your shipment, contact us at Our Contact Us Page with your order number and the details of the missing item. We will investigate the issue and ensure the item is shipped or provide an appropriate solution.

Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your surroundings: Verify if the package was left in a secure location, such as a porch, garage, or with a neighbour.
  2. Contact the carrier: Reach out to the carrier using your tracking information to see if they have additional details about the delivery.
  3. Contact us: If your package is still missing after checking with the carrier, please contact us at Our Contact Us Page. We will open a case with the carrier and take necessary action, which may include replacing the lost items or issuing a refund.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Document the damage: Take photos of the damaged packaging and items.
  2. Contact us: Send the photos and your order number to Our Contact Us Page within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the damaged items.

Exceptions

  • Please note that Jaje Health is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery. In such cases, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Resolution Process

For all cases of late or missing items, we aim to resolve the issue within 10 business days of receiving your inquiry. Resolution options may include reshipping the missing items or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.
